Children (staff and parent volunteers!) had a memorable day exploring this wonderful location to bring the children’s current learning to life.  The day was certainly a very busy one filled with exciting hands-on experiences.

Throughout their visit the children completed an array of activities including pond dipping, planting cornflower seeds and investigating different habitats to find mini-beasts as well as generally exploring these famous grounds.

Feedback from the children was extremely positive and I am sure that everyone had a truly wonderful time being at one with nature and seeing their learning in school come to life.
