In-Year Applications 2023-2024

The In-Year Application Form above can also be downloaded and returned to the School Office or sent directly to Hampshire County Council (address is on the form). If you would like us to process your application, please return the form to the School Office, where paper copies are also available.
We will contact you to discuss further once we are in receipt of your application.
Year R / Year 3 Applications 2024-2025
Applications open on 1st November 2023 and close on 15th January 2024. Parents will be notified of school places on 16th April 2024. Please click on the link below to make an application for a school place at Westfields Infant School or to find out more about the admissions process. If you require a paper copy of the application form, please contact the school office after 1st November.
Alternatively, complete the Year R late application form and return to the school office.
Key Dates for Applications:
1st November 2023 - Applications open
15th January 2024 - Applications close at midnight
16th April 2024 - Hampshire will notify parents of their child's allocated school
