Well-Being Week

This week has been 'Well-Being Week' and amongst our usual learning,  we have had some fun in our classes working hard to ensure we feel good about ourselves. We have had opportunities to develop our ability to feel relaxed and calm with colouring, yoga, music and mindfulness which has all helped us learn a little more about our well-being. We have also spread positivity by doing  'good deeds' for other people to improve their well-being too. Some examples have included opening doors, giving compliments and sharing smiles to name a few!
