The whole school stood out brightly against the cold and grey

weather as we all enjoyed 'Be Bright, Be Seen Day’. Each year at WIS we take this opportunity to remind all of our children how important it is to stay safe when out and about near roads; wear bright clothes and be aware of how difficult it might be to be seen in the dark, (especially at this time of the year!)

In addition to some lovely classroom based activities, today the whole school came together for a special assembly to share how bright everyone looked and to discuss how we can be extra careful when outside, especially on the dark evenings.
